I don't normally give out ratings, but I have to do this one. After give birth to my son, I gained 40 lbs, maybe even more, I joined goodlife fitness, I worked out 2 hours a day ( 2 classes ) and 5 days a week, 2 years later, I was in the best shape I've ever had in my life! After I had my 2nd child, life gets really busy, I really wanted to re-join a gym , any gym, I want to get back in shape and feel good about myself again. Since I have 2 kids at home, I need a place that is near me, I can't afford 1 hour on the road and 1-2 hours work out time everyday. I was doing research after research, I decided to give beach Pilates a try as they are doing promotes for $20 unlimited one week try it all, I was like : you know, if I don't like it, I don't loose anything. So I signed up for it and I must say, I LOVE it, LOVE , LOVE it!!! I am hooked, I know this is something I can continue to do and enjoy doing it. The instructors are positive and fun, the facilities are very clean, the staffs are friendly, the groups are good size, ( no needs to fight for equipments or spots, they have plenty for everybody ), the best part, you can sign up on-line, so you don't show up for nothing, which it happened to me before with goodlife, limited spaces in each class, first come first serve.)
