Finding Yoga through Yogãsana has been a great discovery in my life, without a doubt, a before and after, it was the kickoff of the beginning of my spiritual awakening, a very enriching experience of much learning both physically and spiritually, mind, body and soul are fully mixed, our teacher Lorena is an extraordinary teacher, she is very dedicated to the student, seeing every last detail of the posture, so that it is well done, very professional, empathetic, gives a lot of help and most importantly listens to our concerns, manages to solve any difficulty is presenting itself, it's been so many years now, I've become very fond of her, ✨❤️✨
