I have practiced Bikram yoga all over the world and this is one of my favorite studios. The instructors (I had classes with four different ones) are world class. It offers a ton of class times, large changing rooms and showers, and a clean and large studio. Most important, the studio and students have great energy. Don't miss a class here. Love this place.

Yoga is an ancient practice and its effectiveness has been scientifically proven. The complicated thing is to start the practice when - someone like me - sedentary and in terrible physical condition goes for the first time. However, we know how wonderful our body is and that - if you keep training - our body will respond. It is only required to support the first classes to begin to see the results slowly. Patience, persistence and resistance would be the watchword.
