Terrible service when scheduling a sample class, they do not send you the information on the class schedule and availability in the first instance that they themselves ask what time you cannot go, and they send the messages in different responses from the same email. Not all of us know how to use email effectively. I ask that the same thing does not happen, that it does leave a bad first impression on the service they provide, send information on hours and availability before, so that one is not confused with the responses by mail or via WhatsApp.

Very punctual and professional. The cleanliness of the place is always impeccable, the atmosphere relaxes and the sessions are enjoyed in that setting. You can see a lot of care in what they offer. Keep in that way :)

Good infrastructure, but the teacher of the classes on Saturdays at 10:30, very unpleasant. I have been to 2 more Pilates centers and with 4 different instructors, all very zen and friendly. Here, quite the opposite, the person gets annoyed with the questions, and the whole class remains with their hands in their pockets. I'm not going back to that place.

I have been going for many years and I am a super fan of Centrozen. Each one has their "style", but all the instructors who have touched me are very professional and friendly. And I love the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the place. Doing Pilates has helped me a lot to keep two cervical hernias at bay. Highly recommended!
