Prana Relajo: this subsidiary of prana estudio does not have a page to leave the claim there. I had a foot reflexology session, but the person who did it didn't do any reflexology at all, hopefully it was a foot massage. A big disappointment. I have the doubt that the rest of the services they provide are with people who are really trained in what they say.

Going to Pilates classes at Prana Pilates for almost two years, each class has been a wonderful investment in my physical and mental health. The teachers and all the staff at Prana are wonderful people, very empathetic and loving. They help you and focus individually on your potential and your weaknesses. For example, lately I have had a discomfort in my left arm, and the teachers have always been concerned that I do not feel discomfort or pain in the exercises or if I can perform them or not. I really recommend this pilates center ♡ for all of us who are looking to stay in shape both physically and mentally.
