In Position Pilates you really notice the professionalism at all times. I want to share that I just finished two workshops in pilates position, basic reformer, and wunda, high chair. As a physical education teacher, I can tell you that in these workshops I learned and perfected a lot. But what I liked the most was the pedagogy of the teachers. The delivery.
