I highly recommend this pilates center. I did a month of Pilates Wall Unit and I recommend it, the teachers are very kind and help you when you are doing the exercise wrong, they explain the best way to do it and if necessary change the exercise, taking into account your health condition.

It is my third class and I liked it, since the GYM is very different, Pilates stylizes the body, lengthens the muscles and works the whole body, something that the GYM does not do, it is a good option for sedentary people who are not used to to exercise.

I really like this gym, which adapts to my needs, today I can attend once a week in person, and I can also go online, they have all the security measures, excellent.

I recommend prenatal yoga, it helped me a lot and the teachers are very good. I also liked the system for scheduling classes, very convenient for those of us who work late.
