Here is my experience: I had the opportunity to attend a yoga class for an hour and a half (90 minutes) that is taught in a room whose walls and columns are covered with mirrors, and there is a controlled environment to maintain the temperature and humidity of this room. practice. The instructor of my courtesy session guided the session mainly in English. I assume that the above is due to the fact that most of the attendees speak this language, even so, knowing that my level of English was more basic than the others, he gave me instructions in Spanish. The group was 12 people, which allows an almost personalized attention. In turn, the yoga poses were well chosen. I found it very nice to see that in this space, they provide you with towels, a mat, lockers and showers, which allows people to have the basic elements to exercise and be able to cool off after it. Finally, I share with you some recommendations that they gave me and I think it is important to consider as preparation for a session: drink plenty of water all day, eat lightly from 4pm, wear comfortable clothes that allow you to stay cool since the temperature in the room is higher. than room temperature.
