The teachers and the room are great, but the ladies who answer the phone rarely answer to schedule virtual classes, if they answer you they don't send the links to enter on time, the person who answers WhatsApp takes up to 24 hours to respond. This leads to the promise of unlimited virtual classes not being fulfilled. It's sad because the teachers with their charisma make the classes great.
