I went to find out about the courses for beginners and the attention leaves much to be desired. The receptionist was more eager to chat than to attend. Not a smile, not a greeting. I barely raise an arm to pass a flyer. Terrible

I came to this site because of Hatha Radja Yoga, however I have found other very useful and sweet tools for my life: ACIM and Kundalini. The quality of the information that is shared there is very high, they are very generous and the place is completely conditioned to have a good practice. Highly recommended!
