Pilates 1880

I have been taking classes from Pilates 1880 for 1.5 years. The instruction is amazing! The teachers know what they are doing and they create a warm, welcoming environment. The classes are always a challenge and have helped me increase my strength and flexibility.

Susana is a world class Pilates instructor who will challenge you to be your best in a safe, fun, and comfortable environment. I started my Pilates journey with Susana and she completely transformed my overall fitness, flexibility, and physique over the course of 2 months through a mix of private and group classes. Note that I was already very fit before working with Susana yet she made me so much better through personalized instruction. I will be going back to Bogota just to train with Susana as she is that tremendous.
