Excellent service. Receptionist/Attendant was friendly via What'sApp when I scheduled and in person. Took the Barre Yoga w/Kari as my complimentary first course. Great workout. They have mats, lockers, spray bottles in the classrooms to clean the mats, a sitting room to rest after, and a good amount of various merchandise for sale. I believe they also have weekly plans. Easiest way to find entrance is to walk to the church entrance, make a right, and walk up the stairs. 108 Yoga is ahead on your left.

When I first walked into this studio I said, this feels like home. And after practicing here for a month I was right. Light beings from the owner, to the workers, the teachers and students. Light being everywhere spreading love. This place is special, come.

Took a class with Tata today and it was great! Her energy was very uplifting and she kept an eye out for each person in the class and assisted with adjustments. It was also easy to understand as someone who speaks little Spanish!

I love coming here... every time! I enjoy all the options available, the different hours, the teachers, and even the ginger tea they give us after each session. I find the app very useful and the people who work the front desk are kind and helpful. You can also indulge in a little shopping and stock up on all your yoga and wellness needs.

Best yoga place in the entire city!! The classrooms are peacefull places where you really conect to the class and the teachers are real masters of yoga, they have years of experience on different types of yoga practices.

One of the best places I have ever had a yoga class in. Instructors are super knowledgeable and knew how to correct my positions perfectly. I would move to Medellin in a heartbeat just to go there everyday.

Note that it be can hard to find the entrance. The entrance is on calle sur #5.Clean, quiet, and wonderful studio. Classes for 1-3 levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Andrea the owner speaks a bit if english.

Excellent yoga academic 🧘‍♂️ , the fact that they receive you by your own name gives it a special touch, the place is very nice and quiet, you breathe peace, it has good biosecurity measures for classes, you can park in front of the church or in the mall on the corner.

It is important that they talk with each student about the possible adverse effects that certain yoga positions can have, and about the possible injuries, you see old ladies doing inverted when it is dangerous in my case because I did not have a good professional accompaniment I injured two cervical not everyone can do headstands, the best thing is teachers who are aware and leave their ego behind and I don't recommend it there
