I had a very bad experience with the plan that my mother and I acquired at the beginning of this year, we had to pay for the class package in advance, and due to the pandemic, the study went to virtual classes that we did not want to attend because both (my mother and I) have diagnosed spinal problems and we are very afraid to exercise without assistance, after the quarantine we contacted the studio to resume the pending classes, we were missing more than half a plan that was already paid for, to which we They responded in a very bad way and we were only able to recover 8 classes, when we still had 36 to take, we felt cheated and very sad, the classes are great, the space is very well adequate and the teachers are excellent, but in this case they did not allow us to speak about it nor negotiate it and they even spoke to us in a bad way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY.
