I had a 1 hour long massage today. It was very nice and in the yoga style. So in addition to the more general massage movements, there were a good amount of patting and a few stretches. I like this kind of mix as it feels more functional and it was a bit easier to move afterward. I hope to come back for a longer massage as well as yoga classes in the future. I recommend them

As an avid traveler, I’ve had massages around the world. While in Medellin I had opportunity to have a therapeutic massage with Isabelle. Her skills and manipulations were extraordinary and her gentle caring was noteworthy. I am recovering my knee replacement and she was able to stretch my ligaments and muscles that were “tense”. It is rare to meet a person so skilled but still sensitive and passionate. Gracias
