In a personal view that kind of meditation could be good for a lot of people however I don't connect at all with the fact of repetitive thinking, and mind cleaning. I respect the method but finally was not for me. If you liked and are good to bypass all the 7 levels probably you need to spend $600 USD and one year of your life in an intense practice. The last fact are that every day, after you finish your meditation, you are asked about your progress, and take note of that in his software taking control about your score.
