AMAZING! Took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Pablo and am hooked! I have never been a part of such a challenging yoga class but it was worth every ounce of energy. The ambiance and energy here is incredible. It should be noted that practicing Yoga in the Poblado area is quite expensive and this place is certainly no exception. Also, there is no reception when you walk in so I had to ask around to make sure I was attending the right class in the right room and if I could be lent a mat which once i got it all sorted out, had an amazing class!

A space to connect with your being!!! All the staff fill this space with their light and lots of love. The massage was the best experience I've ever had. Disconnected and recharged absolutely!!! Thank you

Sarasvati is a wonderful school, a place where you not only learn from the practice of its asana classes, but also allow you to explore the wide world of yoga, its philosophy, history and tradition. A place that undoubtedly brings all the knowledge of the East to our hands. There I finished my 500-hour international teacher certification and now I can say that I dedicate a large part of my life to sharing the knowledge that I received with so much love there.

One of the best Yoga schools in Medellín. Excellent professionals, punctual. The neighborhood where the school is located is safe and the classrooms are always clean.
