This is an example of a well thought through and successful implemented business model. R1SE yoga is very impressive given the breadth of the operation, number of classes, staff and small finishing touches which give fine finesse and a wonderful customer experience. I have yet to explore all the classes to offer however have really enjoyed the venue, the friendly & supportive welcome by all the staff and the sense of community that R1SE brings. Self-care at its purest form from the tea at the end of every session, cooling face clothes and a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere- what more could you want!? Introductory offer is a really valuable start as well! Will definitely become a member! Thanks to all staff at R1SE.

Definitely my favourite yoga place so far! All the teachers are very helpful and caring. The place itself has chilled and calming atmosphere which makes me want to be there every day ... Thank you !

I came for the first time to sculpt class. Much different to ‘traditional yoga’ it was my first time in such an energetic yoga class with the music with a beat and fast paced throughout. The owners Chris and Rosie are so welcoming and friendly. Great concept to feel energised and ready for the day.

I’ve been a member at R1SE since it first opened. I feel really welcome at this studio and that’s what I love about it. Jen, Chris and the instructors are really friendly and make you feel comfortable. They have a wide range of classes to suit everyone and the facilities are great.

I have just started a 4 session trial at Rise Yoga and have been very impressed with the facilities and quality of the instructors. A very friendly place. The instructors cater for various ability levels by offering alternative exercises. As a novice to yoga I'm appreciative of that .A lovely place to turn up to and linger after class with a herbal tea.

I’ve just had my first taster session of R1SE yoga (Vinyasa) and absolutely loved it! The teacher, Anna, was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. The studio and cafe/changing areas are great spaces…stylish and perfect for purpose and the complementary tea after the session was a real treat. I’ve already booked in some more sessions…a great Yoga studio!

From start to finish the whole session was amazing. Jen was amazing at instructing during the session and the room spelt amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try first time as you feel safe, calm and educated on how to move! Totally calm after it !

Very informative and entertaining. Chris delivered an awesome workshop in a great venue where the atmosphere was chilled and tea, coffee and smoothies could also be enjoyed. Great value too as you get your own SCOBY for making komucha and a jar of kimchi to take home too. Would highly recommend.

Went a free taster session and absolutely loved it. The mats are nicely spaced out in there, heat is not too debilitating but warm enough, facilities are great and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will come back for more.

Would absolutely recommend R1SE. Friendly, attentive and incredibly knowledgable staff, relaxing atmosphere and a great workout. I highly recommend the ice baths and the sculpt class. I feel amazing!

They have thoughtfully curated a holistic wellness space to flexibly support wellbeing and promote a sense of connection and community - from hot classes, creative flows, cold baths, workshops, and the café. It is wonderful to find a hot studio that allows you to sweat when its raining outside! Thank you!

Fantastic fermentation workshop with the engaging Chris Downham. Highly recommend it for anyone interest in maximising their gut health. Simple, easy to follow and interactive. Come away inspired to crest your own Kimchi, Sauerkraut and Kombucha. Delicious healthy lunch created by Jen washed down with a refreshing glass of kombucha. Absolutely excellent afternoon!

What a great GUT workshop- all things Kombucha, Kimchi & Sauerkraut demonstrated by Chris , and tasted by us. A great introduction to getting started , and looking after your gut biomes ! A lovely nourish bowl for lunch and washed down by a glass or two of Kombucha. It’s a friendly and welcoming place, and I’ll be back for more - well deserved 5 stars!
