I have found the centre to be very open and welcoming to all comers who want to practise meditation. For me, it gave an introduction to the benefits of meditation : other visitors are regular and devoted practitioners who embrace the Centre's Buddhist tradition.
There are drop in sessions, classes, courses and retreats - something for everyone, and all very affordable.The shrine room is just vibrant.
Delicious and healthy food vegetarian and vegan food is served by volunteers at the World Peace cafe, and there is a large and beautifully serene garden where you can sit, eat and relax.
I can't recommend it highly enough.
