Fifth element pilates has been so beneficial for my health and wellbeing. As a complete beginner to pilates Cathy created a plan suited to my needs and capabilities. She really educated me on my own body and ways i can improve my health, fitness and well-being through pilates. I would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting to get into pilates, wanting a educated professional to work with you through beginners to advanced levels. She is very calm and encouraging.
