Wonderful and relaxing Reiki experience by Holly. It was my first time trying this and I have never felt such a deep sense of relaxation and calmness, even though it was virtual Holly was incredible at explaining everything and healing. Definitely great if you are experience stress and anxiety at the moment or just want a treat in feeling calm. :-)

Holly's yoga classes and reiki are a little bit of peace every week! With clear & informative instruction my yoga practice has improved each week and new breath techniques, amongst other things, have given me great tools for keeping calm outside of classes. Holly's reiki sessions have left me with renewed energy and a restored sense of perspective.

Could not recommend Yoga and Reiki with Holly more. Really enjoying yoga currently. Holly clearly explains each session and is always well prepared and organised. Reiki also enabled me to feel a sense of peace which was very much needed at this current time. Look forward to continuing both with Holly.

Holly's yoga classes are the best! I have attended many yoga classes in the past but none have made me come back time and time again like Holly's classes. They are truly brilliant. Her positive energy and passion for her practice is inspiring, and really make her classes one of a kind.

I loved my virtual reiki session. Holly has an amazing calming energy. I felt so relaxed afterwards and the lightness lasted a few days. Holly is pure magic and I can't wait to try a sessions in person.

I really enjoy sessions with Holly- she has a great way with people and I always come away feeling so refreshed and centred. I've done both Reiki and Yin Yoga with Holly. She’s a brilliant teacher with an incredible amount of knowledge- perfect for sessions where you have some questions or want to go a bit deeper- she’ll always accommodate and answer those questions! Would highly recommend to anyone not sure!

My first time Reiki experience. I had no idea what to expect but what I did get what as an absolutely magical "out of body" experience. Holly kept me informed right from the outset, her soft, warming voice made me feel at ease and comfortable. Yoga, meditation & reiki...everything Holly does it incredible and I couldn't recommend her classes/sessions enough. So calming and a great way to re-centre during a such a tricky time in the world right now. I already can't wait for my next (virtual!) reiki session.

Fabulous online classes that have helped my flexibility and strength (great news for a recently turned 60yr old!!) as well as enabling calmness during a crazy period of time. I am a total yoga convert and cannot imagine life without it. Everyone should try it - no matter what your age, size or gender. I cannot recommend these classes enough
