I brought my children to this yoga class and they absolutely loved it. Zoe is amazing with the children and put them at ease as they were quite anxious at the start. They have been to several events and I can't recommend Zoe and her classes enough. She is very professional but also very down to earth. A bubbly and vibrant lady. She is very talented at what she does and very inspirational. I have also attended her adults classes and they were just as amazing 😊

We recently attended one of Zoe’s family sessions themed around dinosaurs, as you can imagine it went down really well with my 7yo son! The class was perfectly paced and challenging enough to engage the kids and adults, it was a great way to introduce children to yoga and allow them to start to appreciate the benefits it offers. It felt like an amazing start to our Sunday!
