Fantastic studio. Jack and Rosie are really friendly and knowledgeable. Stretch and inversions classes today were great fun. Can't wait to try my next class.

having tried yoga a couple of times I came to the conclusion that I had the flexibility of a brick but I wanted to get better! ... I approached Jack on social media asking for some details and if he'd be able to do some one to one sessions for me to learn. I find it easier in a one to one setting. He was very accomodating. today was my first session and I absolutely loved it. Jack explained everything in great detail and the set up allowed him to see what I was doing when I had two cameras on. I really enjoyed the session and can't wait for the next. 3 one to ones in - my god. who knew Yoga could be so tough 😬 Absolutely loving it. loving the progress im making. Jack is a legend

Jack is such a confident and friendly instructor. Obviously he knows his stuff and gives great direction. This was my first ever Ashtanga class and I loved it. Biggest plus the studio is toasty warm just what you want first thing on a morning

Rosie is a beautiful soul and fantastic yoga teacher. If you’re in the area, definitely try out the studio!!

Before lockdown i have never done yoga before, and was introduced to Loti Yoga online classes by a friend. I have been doing classes for just over a week and already see a difference in my flexibility, having to work from home, getting up and starting the day with Yoga has helped me keep a routine during this difficult time. Excellent studio. Good range of classes, and you find something unique here that you don't get at other studios. I love coming to Loti as there's a real focus on mobility and understanding how to move and strengthen your body correctly. Big big fan of Jack's mobility and strength classes! I've joined the online classes for Loti Yoga and they're fantastic, exactly what I was looking for. Jack and Rosie are great teachers who interact a lot with the students. After the class, I feel like I've been in a full yoga studio with a great atmosphere - just without the commute! Superb.

Did my first Loti Yoga class today and even though I've been to so many other classes, I still learned so much in one class with Loti Yoga! I love it when instructors help you adjust your poses to the proper posture and I think it really shows how much they care for their class members and Jack did just that today with every position. Even as an online attendee, I felt no difference in level of attention and help from the instructor than from the in-person attendees, which made me feel really included in the class. And it was the right amount of fun vs difficult. Just what I want from yoga classes, thank you!! Look forward to more classes with my online pass.

A lovely ambiance in the studio combined with personal feedback both if you attend in person or try the online class. Rosies gentle (but firm!) teaching style is refreshing and I'm absolutely delighted that Loti Yoga is offering classes again in the studio. I look forward to trying Jacks higher energy classes!

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 6 years and Loti is a great studio that’s really easy to get to with loads of free local parking which is really handy. I mainly go to Jack’s handstand class as he’s super knowledgeable and supportive and always keeps you on your toes! It’s a strong class but also suitable for all levels - I’ve improved so much since I started going and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get strong and upside down more! Everyone is also super friendly and there’s loads of other classes too if handstanding isn’t your thing!

I almost dont want to leave a review in fear of not being able to book a space once everyone finds out about this bright, friendly and fun yoga studio. Jack and Rosie are amazing teachers and put you at ease the minute you work through the door (Or join one of their many online classes). Whether you're a beginner like me or at ease with doing a crow, splits and inversions, I cant recommend Loti Yoga enough.

I really love Loti Yoga, it’s such a relaxing and chilled out vibe with so much variation of styles to suit how you’re feeling. There’s always a great quality and range of teachers at the studio and Jack and Rosie are fantastic teachers!! Couldn’t recommend this place more, they’re so approachable and friendly.

Fantastic yoga studio and online classes - Jack expertly combines a deep understanding of alignment, with a playful approach to practice to develop your yoga, strength, flexibility and breathing. His classes are informal and fresh, with lots of variety and challenge for all levels. I have made more progress under his (online) tuition in the past two months than I have in the past year!

Love loti! Been since they opened and have been going to their classes at other venues prior too. I think Jack and Rosie's style suit every level. It's very friendly and refreshing atmosphere. They also do a womens only strength class mondays too which mixes things up. Highly recommend

An awesome yoga studio also offering amazing online classes. All classes are suitable for all levels and Jack and Rosie are always on hand to make sure you are aligned properly and to help you get the most out of all sessions, even at home on webcam.

Loti Yoga – My Lockdown Saviour I bless the day my ex-yoga teacher, Helena, messaged me with details of an on-line yoga service which was just starting at the beginning of the first lockdown in March 2020. She explained that Loti Yoga had opened their new studio 2 weeks before and now had to close it. Having just retired it seemed like a good idea to maintain my fitness now I had time to focus on it. For what I thought was a bargain (and continues to be a bargain) there was the opportunity of around 12 classes per week. There is something for everyone: Modified Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Hot Yoga, Mandala Flow and the tuition is excellent. It wasn’t just a case of you following the tutor’s instructions, they also provide feedback to ensure you improve your posture and practice. It’s 15 months since I started with Loti Yoga and the timetable adapts to the changing lockdown rules but fortunately for me Loti Yoga is maintaining their online classes as I moved from Yorkshire to Surrey in November 2020. My ability to visit the studio now it’s open is limited but I do hope to drop in on my next trip north to meet Jack and Rosie face to face and hopefully some of their wonderful tutors: Kate, Joseph, Bryony and Georgina. Mike who does their Mandala Flow class is based in Wales so I might never meet him face to face but it’s great that Jack and Rosie can bring together tutors from around the UK to offer such a varied service. Long may it continue.

Brilliant new studio, offering a great range of classes that are encouraging for beginners, but will push you to your potential if you have more experience. Jack & Rosie are fantastic teachers, would thoroughly reccomend checking it out!

Today was my first yoga session ever. After a recommendation from a friend I thought I would give it a go, I had such anxiety as im a heavy set guy and not very flexible and I thought I would be so embarrassed, But Jack made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, Honestly it was a great experience found the class really enjoyable, I will be back. Thank you Jack.

Love how intimate this place it, a lot of studios you feel a bit unseen but here you get so many alterations and proper teaching. I have been to most of the teachers classes and they're all so welcoming and knowledgeable. They do REALLY good massages too.

I would highly recommend Loti Yoga to anybody. Such a lovely studio with a friendly atmosphere. Very modern studio and something to suit everybody. Give it a try! You won't regret it.

The owners are both incredible teachers and have general fitness / physiology knowledge rather than being simply yoga experts! You can't go wrong here!
