What an amazing massage head to toe! I have never had a floor based massage especially in such a welcoming space. Sarah’s room was so clean and cosy and healing all at the same time. This is my kind of heaven! I felt so nurtured and looked after so well. Sarah gave me a bespoke massage and every bit of my body thanked her. Today I have felt so relaxed, rejuvenated and pain free after such a long time, so thank you! I can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a couple's massage here, and it was a truly delightful experience. Sarah and Becci were incredibly kind and wonderful, and ensured that we were totally relaxed. It felt liberating and soul-nourishing, as if we were floating in clouds :) Gentle music, relaxation through the whole body, and sweet cakes in a sunny garden afterwards - a perfect evening which we'd love to repeat some time! Sarah is fabulous! She was able to fit in a last minute birthday massage for my husband, and seriously, the universe just aligned for us because my husband said it was the best massage he’s ever received. He loved the studio and the cat. He left the massage feeling like he went on a spiritual journey and said I needed to book in with Sarah ASAP. The most perfect start to his birthday. Thank you again, Sarah, for fitting him in literally just a few hours before his appointment time.

Fantastic massage! Came in with a lot of tension and some twinges from an injury, afterwards I could really feel the difference in mobility in those areas that had been bothering me. She adapted the massage to what I needed on the day and the room was so relaxing and comfortable. I’ve already planned my next visit.

I have had a few massages with Sarah, she is very professional and friendly person. Her treatment room is gorgeous, I felt at ease straight away, the massage was floor based, which felt very restorative and relaxing, I fell asleep a few times throughout the treatment , it was the perfect amount of pressure, and felt completely reset after the treatment. I was new to massage when I met Sarah. She made me feel relaxed, safe and feel at ease chatting or being silent depending on how I feel. Heated mattress is a dream and her studio is tranquil with plants and soft lighting and blankets.

I booked for a Ayurvedic massage taster session with Sarah as I'd never had one before and thought I'd try it. Sarah was super friendly and welcoming. The studio is warm and comforting. The massage itself was amazing, Sarah paid attention to what my body needed and I felt so much better even after just 30 mins! Hoping to book again and go more frequently in future.

Excellent massage! The treatment space is beautiful, warm & relaxing; carefully designed with the client in mind. Sarah is knowledgeable, kind with her time & has a wonderful loving/nurturing energy about her. She clearly loves what she does! She will take the time to understand exactly what you need and won't miss anything out. Stretches combined with gentle movement & tractions really complimented the massage techniques. I left feeling a deep sense of calm after my very restorative AYM session. I will certainly be back for more & can't wait! Fabulous!

Very warm and welcoming. I was given a very good consultation as to my needs and everything was carefully explained. The room was war, quiet and comfortable. I really enjoyed the experience and the yoga massage made feel energised and alive. Felt very relaxed and happy for the rest of the day. Sarah is a lovely woman and I look forward to many hours of learning from her.

I booked a couples massage (with Sarah and Gabby) for myself and my husband as part of his birthday gift and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. The room was so lush, warm, cosy and beautifully laid out. We had a thorough consultation and were able to discuss and areas of note beforehand and make some suggestions about essential oils that we liked. The actual massages themselves were so deeply relaxing and restoring and having the gentle and yet firm touch of the AYM type therapy was just what we were looking for. We loved the strawberries and bubbles at the end and we left feeling so cared for and glowing from the inside out. Would totally recommend!!!

It was second time I had a massage at Sage Studio in Leeds. It was full of incredible sensations. Sarah as always was very caring and professional. I had massages all through my life but nothing even can come close the quality of Sage Studio massage. Highly recommended!

I had a couples massage, by Sarah + Gabby. The massage space is cosy and ambient, and was floor based with heated blankets, prior to the massage Sarah checked in how I was feeling, and the massage outcomes I would like to achieve. Afterwards we were given Nozecco + strawberries. It was a really relaxing experience, the massage was a perfect blend of pressure and techniques, with ambient music. It would be perfect gift for family, friends or with a partner.

This lovely lady is incredibly professional at her craft . She put me at total ease before she started and by asked questions about any problem areas I was having trouble with and any old injuries she should be aware of and as to not cause me any trouble or pain during the massage treatment. The massage itself was just incredible and just flowed effortlessly. I just felt myself drifting away and my body easing and loosening up as hands manipulated and soothed my joints and muscles . When she reached ares that needed more work she gently asked if what she was doing was ok and not causing pain without interrupting the flow . At the end of the massage I felt so wonderfully calm , soothed and relaxed. My joints had more movement and with far less stiffness than I had before. What she does is just magical . I have had massages in the past and without doubt this best I’ve ever had. So all I can say is go treat yourself .

I’m a nervous massage-client but this was really great! With excellent and clear communication throughout, accompanied with a calm manner it was a genuine treat! I was listened too and my fears put to rest! The choice of my own soundtrack was appreciated and made the whole experience personalised for me.
