I can’t thank Charlotte and Polly enough for creating the “EVOLVE - Your Yoga Practise Course” and guiding my practise further. It was an enlightening and powerful workshop, both philosophically and physically. I would recommend anyone wanting to further their yoga journey to take a look at the next two workshops in this trio (ENCOURAGE and EMBARK).

Amazing gem of a studio with a really relaxed holistic vibe. The studio is full of good energy with super smiley and welcoming staff. Try Barre with Claire if you dare... just don't expect to be able to move the next day 😉

I love it!!! Fierce Grace is fierce as it's hot as it should be! Rebel Barre is fantastic, hard core but worth it! Small studio but that's perfect as you get more individual attention in each class.

First Pilates class attended yesterday - fantastic studio. Welcomed by friendly faces and shown around before being put through my paces in class. I was trying to channel my inner zen whilst listening to the soft background music and Claire's soothing voice...sometimes hard when your glutes and core are burning! After a busy Monday at work and a hectic commute back into Leeds, I went straight to the studio as no time to go home and change before the class started, fierce grace @7pm. Upon walking into the studio I instantly felt calmer. It has a lovely tranquil feel to it, like stepping into a spa. Tastefully decorated with plenty of room to change/relax etc. The studio was hot without being overpowering and the class itself was ace. I am not sure if it's the smaller space compared to commercial gyms or the aura around the place but it had no pretentiousness at all. It felt comfortable to try, to get things wrong, to try some more. I am new to yoga and struggle with balance but I am really enjoying learning more and pushing myself and it felt a safe place to do that. I can't wait for next week!

Fabulous Studio with amazing teachers. I have been a member of Shadwell Studio for over 3 years and love the range of classes on offer especially the Barre and Hot Yoga ones. It has a great community feel and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. Charlotte is great at communicating with members and there's a really varied timetable on offer with classes both online and in person.

Shadwell Studio is a brilliant place to practice and teach. Studio owner Charlotte is so welcoming and offers a variety of classes to her students with some incredible teachers. I've loved attending classes there and teaching there for the past few years. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for yoga classes - give it a try!

I really love going to the Shadwell studio, it’s super clean and friendly, the instructors are always on hand to help you improve and give you guidance. I have now tried Barre & Hot Yoga and on Friday I will be trying out Pilates for the first time at the studio. So pleased I found this little gem! Keep up the hard work!

I had tried yoga in the past and had found it uninteresting and to be honest painful. I decided to give it another go at Shadwell Studio and found it to be a brilliant and rewarding experience. The class was taught in a friendly and relaxed manner with varying difficulties for those with more or less experience. I left feeling energised and rejuvenated having had my opinions on yoga completely changed. I have since taken part in both studio and online sessions and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. I would highly recommend Charlotte as a teacher and the studio as a place of practice.

Shadwell Studio has become my home from home - a male the wrong side of 50 and I was made so welcome - the owner Charlotte and all her team of yoga teachers treat you like family. Age and ability is not problem - it is a journey and there is no better place to start that journey. So glad I found the studio - I really believe it has changed my life.

I love coming to Shadwell Studio to practise my yoga. They have lots of different types of yoga to do so you can pick and chose what suits you! They also have Barre and Pilates classes to mix it up a bit. All the teachers are super friendly and welcoming and have been since I first joined the studio. They also have lots of different membership packages available which are great value for money.

LOVE this studio! Highly recommend ALL the teachers. I have literally never done a bad class here. Also the monthly gong baths and workshops I have attended have been wonderful. If you like intimate class sizes, varied timetable, attentive tuition, and like to be part of a community this studio is for you.

I’m new to yoga and having just completed the 4 week beginners course by Charlotte I’m a total convert. I loved the experience of being in the studio and Charlotte made it easy to follow and is very engaging. I’ve since completed classes with Charlotte and Amanda and enjoyed every minute. It’s a totally new form of exercise for me but I’m happy to have found it and excited to continue

I waited a long time to find Shadwell Studio. I didn’t want a large (& often quite ‘ego led’), practice which can often be the case, certainly with Ashtanga. Hatha was what I wanted and I found in Shadwell, a safe, supportive, restful and deeply moving place to practice. As a result of the teachers I have met there, I am now doing Yoga Teacher Training and have hopes of delivering classes here sometime in the future. Thanks for reading x x x

The studio is a really calm and relaxing space with a complete range of classes and something to suit everyone. I love chill out area and it's great to find a small studio with changing facilities plus lots of other extra thoughtful finishing touches! It's a friendly and welcoming place, I can't recommend it enough.

Not a yoga or Pilates person but I've been converted with the fierce grace... a personal favourite of mine now & more recently I tried rebel barre-"OUCH" comes to mind but again a class you could become addicted to.. hard & challenging for all gym junkies. Almost like a personalised workout with Claire whose classes I've been attending for years. Give it a go, trust me xxx
