Although I have a regular yoga practise, the Hot Room was my first hot yoga class in a few years and it was the perfect re-introduction. The studio is beautiful, clean and light with a gorgeous view over Leeds. I was warmly welcomed and shown the space. Complimentary tea and water was appreciated. Showers were clean and changing facilities were secured whilst the class was happening. I really enjoyed the class and the flow felt like a warm bath for my body. The teacher was knowledgable and professional, and although I was new and there were plenty of regulars she made me feel like part of the class. Will definitely be coming back if in Leeds again.

I've never had so much fun doing yoga! The instructors are fun and patient and explain all poses clearly. The vibes of he studio are so fresh and positive too!

A really good studio with great teachers, really well guided classes and cosy atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone who has back/posture problems, wants to improve flexibility and to empty their mind after a long day. Classes all suited for beginners as well as intermediate, depending at what step you are in your practice journey. 🧘🏻♀️🙏🏼

I have been attending the studio on and off since 2016 I absolutely love it, it is very clean teachers are lovely and very motivating - to top it off the yogis are wonderful and you feel part of something. Would recommend to try the health benefits are amazing and I have to say having flexibility over the age of 40 is an achievement and purely down to this yoga! Ohh and hot Pilates for that calorie burn after Christmas is much appreciated!

I really wasn't expecting to go here more than once. I went along to my first class on a buddy pass given to me by a work colleague. I was feeling pretty fed up because I've had to take a break from my main hobby running because of knee problems. I feel quite self-conscious about my body and about myself in general; about some aspects of how I look, and how I move (probably why I've never taken up dancing!). I thought this would be worse; wearing very little in a room full of mirrors, but the opposite has been true. Right from the first minute, the atmosphere is so welcoming, and I've felt completely accepted. No need to compare myself with anybody else. The teachers are all so encouraging and knowledgeable, and all through the class they give you such clear and constant instructions that it's easy to know what's expected. Also, nothing is forced, so if it's too much you don't have to do it. Another thing I like with the hot yoga is that it's the same positions each time, so you can feel it when you make slight improvements from one time to the next. The other people who attend the classes are very supportive, and no-one ever makes you feel inferior if you're not as advanced as they are. As well as the running injury, I also have lower back pain and arthritis in my joints. Obviously nothing is an instant miracle cure, but since I started going I feel better in myself, I'm sleeping much more deeply, and I feel better rested the day following the classes. I've been to five classes so far, and I hope to keep going for the forseeable future.
