I would absolutely recommend Becky's yoga classes to anyone, whether you've never tried yoga before or have been doing it for years. The class style means each person gets their own tailored level of help and support and you're taught how to practice yoga on your own and at your own pace.
Becky somehow remembers what everyone in the room needs in each different pose - whether that be help moving on to the next stage of a pose or some reassurance on days when it's more difficult than usual.
Becky is an honest, respectful and entirely non-judgemental teacher. I've been coming to her classes for five years now and as long as she keeps teaching, I'll be attending!

Becky is an excellent yoga teacher and a lovely person. She provides a calm and peaceful atmosphere to practice in and to de-stress. I have been coming here for over 2 years and would definitely recommend Becky to anyone. She is great at tailoring practice to all abilities and she cares a lot about all of her students. ♥️

I have had a number of 1:1 TRE sessions with Becky and more recently started the class sessions. In both instances, I have found Becky to be fantastic at holding space in a relaxed and fun way. The sessions have impacted my health and wellbeing in such positive ways - on a mind, body and spirit level. I always look forward to the sessions with Becky. If your considering trying TRE, you won’t be disappointed and Becky is truly a wonderful practitioner! Thank you!

Becky’s Yoga classes are a treat for the body, mind and soul. I recommend anyone with an interest (or curiosity) in yoga to give them a go!
The classes are down to earth and super accessible - no matter what your experience level - and Becky's general loveliness means there are always a few laughs along the way.
Becky finds a way to make small physical adjustments that make a big difference - something that no other teacher has done for me in the past - which has improved the alignment of my postures and given me the confidence to self practice at home. The improvement to my strength and mobility has been amazing.
Becky’s instructions and guidance are always personalised where needed, allowing everyone to practice safely to their own ability and at their own pace. This was especially important to me when returning to classes after having a baby.
An unexpected benefit to the classes has been that I’ve become more mindful of my breath and learnt the power of grounding which has helped enormously with my sleep, and to manage nervous tension / anxiety.
Thank you Becky for helping me progress my Yoga and fall in love with the practice!
