Yoga with Debs

Wednesday night classes with Debs are my favourite of the week. I returned last night after a month off and really benefited from it. The practice is great with Debs teaching style providing scope for all abilities. She gives clear instructions and is always introducing something new to keep the brain as well as the body active. Debs has a really warm, fun and down to earth approach to yoga. Her classes really are for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis and everything in between - there are always multiple options for every pose and her key instruction is to always listen to your body and what you need to do, for you, at that moment in time - no pressure, except to meet your own needs. Deb’s classes are a great mix of asana, pranayama and mindfulness, with a wide range of influences including qi gong and seasonal yoga. I’ve been taking classes with her regularly for over 3 years and keep going back for more ☺️ Highly recommended! And her kids yoga classes are great too!

I really enjoy Debs’ Seasonal flow classes and workshops. She is an experienced teacher and I like the information given about the seasons and how they affect our moods and bodies. Whilst it’s a relaxed class I still get the calming stillness that I love throughout and afterwards. I can’t wait to also do Debs’ Yin yoga when it comes to the studio I attend

I love Debs flow classes and seasonal workshops and retreats. She is a skilled, compassionate and fun teacher. There’s always the right amount of challenge balanced with stillness and reflection. I always learn something more about myself each time. Midge x
