Debs has a really warm, fun and down to earth approach to yoga. Her classes really are for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis and everything in between - there are always multiple options for every pose and her key instruction is to always listen to your body and what you need to do, for you, at that moment in time - no pressure, except to meet your own needs. Deb’s classes are a great mix of asana, pranayama and mindfulness, with a wide range of influences including qi gong and seasonal yoga. I’ve been taking classes with her regularly for over 3 years and keep going back for more ☺️ Highly recommended! And her kids yoga classes are great too!
