My sister and I were really looking forward to go to this and paid pre session. Unfortunately when we got there no one answered we went bk the next day and it was shut when the website said it would be open. We called the contact number on the website and they said we had the wrong number a scam

The most welcoming friendly safe space in the city to take a class. The PTs and Yoga instructors are hand picked who practice at Awake, all with client development and lifestyle improvement at the front of their teachings. Certainly much more than a gym!! Didn’t want to review too highly or everyone will go :)

I have been part of The Awake Firm for just over a year....and it feels like a Family rather than a place to train. Each and every person there... be them staff, teachers, owners or other Awake goers...they have the same great attitude...positive mindset ...friendly personas...and some of the best Huggers in Liverpool. Awake is amazing, everyone there are so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the hot yoga class and what can I say all kids classes are free. The yoga and emotional intelligence class has really helped my daughter loads. Liverpool really needed a place like this, thank you.

Been for a few sessions here. Real supportive and positive environment centred around striving to be a healthier person both physical and mental. Ran by great people and always feel fantastic after a session.
