I always look forward to events in the Nomad studio as the space is so peaceful and welcoming. The classes always leave a lasting impact as the practitioners are always highly knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. So far, I've enjoyed several yoga classes and a meditation course (which was kindly put on for free by Nomad), which have given me helpful tools that I now implement in my life and in my own healing journey. The events have been great for meeting like minded people and have had a positive impact on my mental and physical health. Looking forward to the next one!

The best yoga studio I've ever been to without a doubt!! I fell in love with my yoga practice thanks to Loft Space and the amazing teachers I met here. I've tried all different types of classes on offer and loved them all! The space itself is beautiful and the atmosphere is always so so welcoming (so don't be shy if you are new to yoga).

Loft Space is a slice of New York in Liverpool. Tucked in a small industrial estate is the warm, welcoming place that is Loft Space yoga. The environment is calm, relaxing & with great facilities. The Monday night Hatha flow class was a great way to end the evening. Gentle flow in a non-competitive environment allowing you to go at your own pace, or try new things, adding some light humour to the evening too (Bird of paradise anyone?). Beccy is an incredible instructor with a vast amount of knowledge in yoga & I would recommend her style to seasoned yogis and novices alike. I’ve already booked my next class & I can’t wait.

The studio may be tucked away down an unprepossessing side lane but inside is the most warm and inviting space. It is like walking into someone's home. Beccy is an incredibly attentive, approachable and welcoming instructor. There are fantastic facilities including lift access, male and female changing facilities, showers, toilets, and a generous studio space for yoga. Plenty of space to safely store a bike. Highly recommended!

Love the vibe at Loft Space: very welcoming, very friendly. Timetable suits me really well and I find the prices are competitive. Started as a New Year's resolution and actually kept it up, if that doesn't tell you how great Loft Space is I dunno what will!

Been trying to get into yoga for a few years and now that I have found Loft Space I’m finally going regularly. The studio is so peaceful and beccy, megs and Sophie are the best instructors Highly recommend 🙏🏽❤️
