i have been attending yoga classes here since October/November 2016 and have really enjoyed my experiences. Vicky is a great teacher who encourages you to challenge yourself. I recently completed a 21 day yoga challenge which pushed me further and allowed me to experience classes I may not normally have attended such as yoga fitness. I feel my posture has improved and my general fitness and well being too.Love it!!

I love my sessions with Revive. I have been made to feel very welcome by everybody in both my yoga instruction and my bootcamp sessions. Vicky is very knowledgeable, very experienced and manages to keep me motivated (which is no mean feat). You couldn't ask for a better studio to practice in and the outdoor sessions are just amazing. Nothing is too much trouble.

Can't recommend Revive enough. I have attended yoga sessions and workshops, both in the studio and at various outdoor locations. Vicky is very welcoming and certainly knows her stuff. More recently I have completed a Yoga Teacher Training Course with Revive Academy, again Vicky's knowledge and experience in delivering the course was second to none. Cant wait for more !!

An amazing place! I joined about a year ago expecting to get bored as I do with most fitness ventures but I love coming here. It's welcoming and non judgemental. I really look forward to the days when I can come and do two classes and love the feeling afterwards (even though I'm mostly half dead) There is something for everyone at Revive whether you want relaxation, strengthening or to really push yourself. Everyone is so friendly and all the teachers are great. Vicky is a great motivator and very attentive to any adjustments that need to be made during the class Highly recommended

I have been a member of Revive for a few years I have been to her yoga classes, 121 Pt and yoga and am just finishing my 200 hours Teacher Training with her. I love her teaching style and love the classes. I have been transformed with her teacher training and have become much more self confident . Vicky is an amazing teacher trainer and has given me the confidence to reach for the stars! I would recommend her yoga classes, traing or teacher training to anyone. Xxc

I'm just coming to the end of my yoga teacher training here. It was something I'd thought of just to deepen my own practice, and I've been coming to this lovely little studio for a long time. Vicky is such a down-to-earth teacher and it was a no-brainer to come to do my training with her. It's been one incredible journey with the most amazing group of students. We have really grown into a little family as we've learned together, and we've had fun along the way, as well as working hard! Vicky has given me the confidence to believe I can teach, which is something I hadn't planned to do! If you have ever wondered about doing your teacher training, I cannot recommend Revive enough. You will have such great support on your yoga path and learn not just about yoga but also about yourself. Thank you so much Vicky, this has been a truly amazing experience!

The only gym I've ever been to where I actually jump out of bed every morning excited to get there. It's such a lovely atmosphere and so friendly. The workouts are amazing and Vicky and the rest of the instructors are great and very experienced. There are so many classes to chose from to suit all (not just yoga) and I couldn't recommended it enough.

Absolutely love this place, I've been been attending for over a year now and the difference in my fitness , body shape , mood and general wellbeing has been transformed ... After trying a variety of gyms I have finally found a place where I feel welcomed by the professional team who are always there to help you understand how to meet your goals. The variation of classes ranging from Hot Yoga, Yoga Fitness, Pilates, Fusion, Spin to name but a few always keep you wanting to try out new things. Expert nutrition advise from Victoria has given me the knowledge to encorporate clean eating into my daily routine alongside my fitness plan. Thank you Revive Hot Yoga and Fitness.

This is the place to come for hot yoga! Its run with kindness and expertise! Lots of classes on throughout the week and never the same or boring! Different levels feom beginners to advanced are catered for. I couldn't be happier, within three weeks i improved a painful and tight back from a herniated disc last year. I am no longer in discomfort and even been able to get back to running. Not only is my back improved and i am more flexible also my general well being and energy is through the roof! I am totally hooked and am trying to go as often as i can. Vicky who owns the business and teaches the classes is as lovely as can be, and the clear instructions and different options she gives ensures i can always follow and improve with every class!

Joined Revive just over a year ago and was literally the best decision I made! There are classes for all abilities and after each one you come out feeling amazing. After 3 kids I needed something to help me get fit and tone up but this studio has actually done so much more... my confidence has soared since joining and it is like one big family. It is not somewhere you need to feel self-conscious about coming into because you'll be made to feel welcome as soon as you step through the door. Whether for a cardio burst in HIIT or spin or a chill out and stretch in yoga there is something to suit everyone. Can't recommend highly enough

This is literally the best place I have ever been to. Before I found this little gem I had been to lots of other gyms and hated it. From the minute I walked in everyone was so welcoming, there is no one stirring or Posey like in other gyms and everyone who goes is really friendly. The classes are outstanding and the teachers are excellent, from beginners to advanced everyone gets treated the same and everyone is very encouraging to new members. I am so glad I found this place!!

I have attended a number of courses and retreats with Revive and I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. She is so knowledgeable and professional in her teachings. I am looking forward to joining up again.

I've suffered with severe back and pelvis pain for over 3 years and physio and conventional medicine was not helping me. I signed up to the back pain yoga classes around 10 months ago and saw a reduction in pain after only a handful of classes. I now take part in many of the other yoga classes several times a week and my strength and flexibility has improved so much that now I rarely get pain. Yoga has been a life saver for me, I only wish I'd taken it up sooner. There are so many varied classes for different levels and the time table has a such a variety of classes there will always be a class to suit you. I just wish I didn't have to work so I could go to more of the daytime classes!!
