I've been going to Faye & Hollie's Pilates classes for a long time and their lessons have benefited me greatly. Faye and Hollie are so friendly and make everyone feel welcome and relaxed. The classes are fun and different each time, which is great. They are fabulous teachers as well as being lovely sisters, who work exceptionally hard in everything they do. Their knowledge of fitness and health is superb. They give brilliant advice and are always there to listen to you. I recommend anyone who wants to start Pilates to come to their classes. I feel fitter and stronger!

Faye and Hollie provide excellent online live Pilates classes and there is always a variety to choose from in the library of classes available online. The classes are accessible and ways to level up each movement are also shown. I also enjoy the barre classes with Clare. Faye and Hollie are so encouraging and their enthusiasm for Pilates is infectious, making it both challenging and great fun. I have had many 1 to 1 sessions with Faye which are tailored to my needs but are so much more than an exercise class. Faye takes time to listen and empowers you, not only to challenge yourself, but also to mend physically and mentally. I have had 3 operations in the last 2 years and my Pilates practice has enabled me to be stronger in my recovery I am sure. This is due to Faye’s extensive knowledge, empathy and ability to instil confidence and perseverance. The Body Clinic studio is light, airy and welcoming and I look forward to attending group classes again soon. I started online classes with The Body Clinic during the first lockdown but loved them so much have continued my subscription ever since. Faye, Hollie & Clare’s classes are second to none (I’ve done a lot of classes elsewhere). No two classes are the same; they’re well planned, challenging, fun & taught correctly with enthusiasm and warmth. Even though I do the classes remotely I always feel fully involved. And, if I can’t do a live class, there’s a whole repository of classes I can tap into at anytime. Faye, Hollie & Clare have worked very hard to establish the Body Clinic’s services. They really have a passion for Pilates and I wish them every success 💗

Just over a year ago we were recommended online pilates and barre classes with Faye, Hollie and Clare, to help my husband with sciatica. No two sessions are the same and when you can’t make a live class or if you fancy doing extra, there’s a whole library to turn to online. Sessions always give options, so are suitable for all levels, and the instructors are all friendly and encouraging. Oh and there’s a lovely studio too now, where my daughter goes for ‘real’ lessons.

I had nail surgery at The Body Clinic with Hollie who was very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The procedure was amazing, clean, and quick - Hollie listened to my needs after years of having issues with my nails and i am so so happy with the result. I had no pain and my toes have healed well and quickly. I would recommend Hollies podiatry services to anyone - she is amazing!

Highly recommend this clinic. I have been under Specialist NHS clinical services for over 22 years. Nearly 3 years ago I was unable to access NHS physiotherapy, my pain was so debilitating physically & emotionally:the daily impact was huge on many levels. I booked a course of physiotherapy sessions with Faye. I can honestly say I have never looked back. I am now enrolled in one of the clinics Pilates classes,they are small in numbers to ensure maximum supervision & support with option of moving to more advanced classes I would suggest anyone looking for a safe,supportive enabling clinic with a team that really cares.. Look no further!! I am also able to access chiropody appointments with Hollie who is amazing. Well done to all the Team !!

I have been attending a weekly class with Faye since last year when I was in my final stages of pregnancy and have continued to attend post natal classes. Learning pilates has changed my life and my outlook on exercise. Attending classes at the body clinic has motivated me to take care of myself and my body. The practice of pilates has given me strength, improved my posture, and has become an essential part of my routine that I really enjoy. It challenges my body, which all the credit must go to Faye who has played a key role in achieving my enjoyment of doing exercise as she supports and encourages me safely. Faye is a fantastic pilates teacher and the other women who attend classes or dropped in have all been a lovely friendly crowd. I always leave the class feeling great and invested in my own health.

I went to see Faye for my Mummy MOT and Lymphatouch treatment. I’m so glad I did because she gave me so much information with regards to my c-section recovery and made me feel really comfortable. I’ve recommended her to every mum I meet because the information is so invaluable. The Lymphatouch has helped me gain confidence with my scar and how to manage aftercare at home too. I was really impressed with the results after 1 treatment! Thank you so much Faye!
