Amy is an excellent yoga instructor, with the pace of her classes being great for beginners. I enjoy the personal challenge of every class and come away each week feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Amy creates a great group atmosphere, where you feel comfortable going at your own pace, without worrying about how others around you are doing. Amy has an amazing way of taking you on your own personal yoga journey each week, despite teaching a group class. The pace of the classes are comfortable, with alternative suggestions if you want to take a pose further.
