Wirral Yoga

Having been to only a couple of yoga classes in my life before coming here I’ve found it perfect for beginners as it’s slower paced - but still builds strength and flexibility. Every week is totally different and focuses on different areas which is great. I’ve only been to the Yoga 101 class so far but would like to try others! 😊

I did a fabulous hot yoga class tonight with instructor Alice Williams she offered some excellent constructive advice throughout the class. I really enjoyed it as it was my first hot yoga class.

Having never done yoga really, I am really enjoying my first aerial yoga course with wirral yoga. It’s a good mix of challenging and relaxing. The instructors are lovely, really friendly, reassuring and patient! I would definitely recommend to anyone for a fun and challenging hobby!

Fabulous class. As a middle aged lady, who has not taken part in exercise classes for years, I was nervous about joining the class. However, I was greeted by a marvellous tutor, who had a calming and confident manner. I may of been older than the other ladies in the class, but everyone was friendly and supportive. We were soon in our slings and laughing together at our endeavours. Look forward to learning more.

I have been attending classes since Feb 2018 and recommend Yoga Bromborough without hesitation. The teachers have that great combination of warmth and professionalism. Meaning friendly, and experts at what they do. I was a 50 year old beginner and now would never stop doing yoga due to the health benefits. I have stopped HRT, lost 7lbs, and am feeling stronger as I keep going. Also helps the head - space and recharging so much... Book and pay as you go makes me go for some reason - unlike my old gym membership. Classes are not huge, in a nice restful room not a cold clinical big class. Lastly don't expect just sitting about bending, it is also about proper core strength which I so needed. Really glad I found this place 💚

Love this place!! There's a range of classes with different types of yoga and teachers and it doesn't matter which you go to as it's always fab. If 'real life' didn't get in the way I'd be there every day!
