I have wanted to try HPY for a long time but had put it off until now and it did not disappoint!! Amazing facilities, fantastic instructors and a great choice of classes!! I highly recommend everyone to try this no matter what your level may be! You won’t regret it😁

Great facilities. Really enjoyed this class and hope to attend regularly. Fantastic instructors who really explain everything and go at a great pace with alternatives throughout to take it easy or push further. Highly recommend.

I've tried a couple of other hotpods locally but was so pleased when one opened up in Gateshead. There's plenty of room in the pod, equipment to borrow and hire, showers, hairdryers and convenient parking. Most importantly though are the instructors - all have a different style and I've learned so much in the short time I've practiced with them. I can 100% recommend a 7am class to kick start your day!

Was made to feel very welcome at hot pod yoga, lovely relaxing atmosphere 😌 also given great support when in pod, instructors always checking up on you in subtle way 👍 found a new hobby, would definitely recommend.

I always feel great after a Hot Yoga session in Gateshead. Experienced and friendly yoga teachers and a range of sessions across the week to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Plenty of space in the class, all of the instructors are friendly and they are very welcoming to beginners. Great atmosphere and facilities as they have changing spaces and showers.
