I have been attending Carol's classes for 4 years and the benefits are really showing. As a man in his late 60s I suffer from many residual injuries suffered over a lifetime of playing regular sports. The exercises we perform have helped me through the residual pain of these injuries, whilst also making me much more flexible and building muscle strength. For example, I have suffered pain in my right hip after many years playing football. It got to the point where I was taking painkilling medication every day. Since I started Carol's classes I have come off the painkillers entirely.
