I have attended Clare's tuesday Yin and Nidra classes as well as pregnancy and baby yoga workshops and really recommend them all. Clare's classes focus on relaxation, rest and restoration. She creates a calm and welcoming space, you don't have to have done yoga before to be a part of it, these classes can be done by anyone and all are welcome. I always come away from Yogabud classes feeling more relaxed, grateful and happy than when I walked in, and this is a credit to Clare's engaging and empathetic teaching style. These classes are for anyone and everyone looking to find a space to take a little window of time to restore themselves and I can't recommend attending them highly enough.
