I really enjoyed attending Kayleigh’s Pilates classes over lockdown and throughout the summer. She is a great instructor and caters for all abilities. Although I am taking a short break from her classes to focus on other commitments, I can’t wait to get started again after Christmas! Thanks again Kayleigh!

I’ve been to a couple of mat classes that Kayleigh has run at my reformer Pilates class and I thought I would give it a try wasn’t sure to start with but actually I really enjoy it. Kayleigh is a lovely young lady who is an amazing teacher and certainly has a passion for what she does. The lessons are good and structured and today we had our first video lesson which was brilliant and look forward to Fridays one. Even with all the awful things that are going on in the outside world Kayleigh has still ran her lessons of which I’m very grateful for. Thankyou Kayleigh 😉🧘♀️X
