I love this yoga class. Michelle is a superb teacher who really knows her stuff. She always recognises us as individuals, reminding us to do what's right for us, not to push to far if we have an injury. She's also a lot of fun. After every class, I feel better than before I went in. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Michelle’s yoga sessions for the last 4 years including online during Covid. Michelle gives excellent instructions and her sessions are varied and interesting. Michelle is passionate about yoga and this is evident during practice. I have never felt unsafe during sessions and I have been able to concentrate on my own practice.

I have been going to yoga classes with Michelle for quite a few years, and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. After a long day at work the best decompress is a hours yoga with Michelle. An hour of stretching & breathing makes you feel so good physically and mentally. Michelle lets you go at your own pace, but will give you options at all different levels to achieve your goal

I've been attending Michelle's classes for a few years now and can safely say that she is an extremely knowledgeable yet fun teacher. Would highly recommend. Her classes are for all abilities but if you would like a challenge, try out her Ashtanga class!

I love the sessions precisely because they are fun socially as well as a chance to connect with the body. Michelle's approach allows for flow and adaptation so you are never forced to be in a position which has happened to me before and I have been injured. There is a nice atmosphere of allowing which is very important for people with sensitive nervous systems like mine.

I absolutely love Michelle’s classes, Michelle is a great yoga teacher and when I’ve left her class I feel like a light has gone through my body and I’m walking on air! Such a great class to feel peaceful and calm after stretching out those muscles even if my ‘downward dog’ needs work! ‘Namaste’

So happy to have found Michelle Higgins. My husband and I enjoyed a 1-1 zoom class in lockdown. Michelle was friendly and took the class at a great pace. We’ve since attended Sundays ashtanga in Wickham, beautiful venue, small intimate space. I love ashtanga the pace was perfect and plenty of options for all abilities. Michelle has a gentle, natural way of teaching. Great yogi ! Throughly recommend 5 🌟
