Sarah Rush Yoga

Sarah is amazing 🤩 She is one of the most talented yoga instructors I have been working with. She is calm and funny, is sharing valuable info gained through her experience, lovely to speak to her about any topic you may have in mind. She offers different types of yoga sessions, she has her own website where you can book yourself in for the classes and where you can pay as well. Her yoga studio is just lovely, with lots of nice and supportive mottos and full of aromatherapy diffusers I have started my pregnancy yoga sessions with her and cannot help her enough for all the support she offered, and I cannot recommend her enough ! For sure I will join other sessions in the future with her, she is such a lovely person to have around as a Maestro 💜

Sarah's pregnancy yoga is so amazing and I would recommend it to anyone! It was by far the best thing I did during my pregnancy. Sarah is so friendly, welcoming and makes you feel completely relaxed. The yoga itself is great for all levels so you can adapt it to how fits you, and it was amazing to spend some quality time focusing on yourself and bump. I love how Sarah would share facts about pregnancy etc during the class and had quotes or poems that made the class really special. I'm so sad to not be doing this class now I've had my baby, but will definitely be back if I am ever pregnant again. Thank you Sarah!!

Sarah is without a doubt, one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had. She has a wonderful energy and great empathy which comes across in every well thought out class she teaches. Teaching a range of yoga styles, she blends her classes with beautiful and carefully chosen quotes and poetry. I always left each class feeling inspired and stronger, both mentally and physically. She is much missed here in London. People of Southampton - you are very lucky!

I love the way Sarah teaches yoga. Everything flows so seamlessly and organically and Sarah always holds a very supportive space. Every practice is full of insight about the link between yoga and our mental health and Sarah always encourages us to be kind to ourselves. I started practicing with Sarah when she started teaching on Zoom in 2020. She always made sure that everyone felt safe and welcome and I always enjoyed her classes.

I've been doing yoga with Sarah for some years, both in person and on zoom when not able to do live classes. She's a fantastic teacher with great energy but also empathy. Her classes have always been fun and you come away feeling energised and ready to take on the day. She also did a fantastic slower relaxation class which really helped with sleep and learning to wind down. I highly recommend Sarah as a teacher and will miss her greatly now she's now longer London based.

I have been going to Sarahs classes on & off for over 10 years., and this year I have been doing her Zoom classes. She is full of energy & enthusiasm & makes Yoga accessible to all, no matter your age or ability. You are in a safe pair of hands when you attend her classes. I love her whacky sense of humour, and I love her choice of poems. I have had various yoga teachers over the years and I think Sarah is one of the best.

Sarah is a brilliant Yoga teacher, I’ve been lucky enough to practice in her class in London and thankfully online during lockdown, Sarah is a breath of fresh air. With a wonderful blend of yoga styles, to suit you and your pace, Sarah makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed in her class. You will have an engaging experience with such a wonderful and inspirational teacher. Highly recommend!

I have been to many yoga classes and Sarah is among the best! The personal touch with her insight and anecdotes always made every class so enjoyable. Sarah accomodates to everyone regardless of your level. I loved how she tailored the pregnancy classes to our needs/aches and encouraged us to bond as a group. Highly recommend!

The Pregnancy Yoga I did with Sarah carried me mentally through my pregnancy and helped me feel in control and healthy after having a tricky beginning. I've never been interested in Yoga and never thought I would be! Sarah has got me hooked. She is kind, patient, funny and totally tunes into every class which creates the most amazing vibe. The poems she shares are so thoughtful. What a truly super human being she is and I always felt so happy and lifted in her company.

Sarah’s yoga classes are wonderful. As a beginner I really benefit from the individual attention, which Sarah is able to provide despite being in a class environment. Sarah is so knowledgeable about all aspects of yoga and creates a calming and relaxing space.

Sarah is the best yoga teacher I've ever had. She creates something special in her classes by making each one feel personal and inspirational. She is warm and funny but just the right level of spiritual, peppering her classes with beautiful poetry.

Sarah's classes are a delight coupled with wit and wisdom! I attended general level classes twice a week for some years until Sarah moved away and would recommend for anyone looking to improve flexibility and grow in confidence. Sarah always throws in something new to keep you on your toes! Much missed in Walthamstow.

Sarah has been my wonderful yoga teacher for 6 years, through two pregnancies and beyond. Excellent antenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and fabulous, relaxing yin classes. Welcoming and super friendly for all levels.

I have practiced with Sarah for over 4 years. Her approach to yoga is rounded and holistic, and she approaches her teaching with great sensitivity, and an awareness that yoga is a spiritual journey as much as it is a physical one. She fuses the poses beautifully with quotes and poetry, and I would describe her Yin classes as both blissful and nutritious (!) because I always leave them feeling as though I have nourished body and soul in the most relaxing and loving of ways. Thank you Sarah for giving me time and space to slow down and take care each week for the past four and a half years ☺️. Namaste xxx
