Yoga is the science of man, there comes the dawn of time, vast and varied so that different approaches are possible depending on the desired aspects, to get back in shape, rejuvenate, restore your energy, gain endurance and courage, work postural alignment, deep muscles, his figure to find his body, his breathing, balance ... reconciliation with oneself.
And also accompany you during the different periods of your life, motherhood, strong activities, sports competition, difficulties, relieve back pain, chronic pain, overweight, stress ... Evolve, adapt to new situations and implement its projects!
To manage stress and be at my best form, I quickly passionate about yoga.Initially e n following many private lessons with Françoise Lescanne who sent me, the spirit of Tantric yoga Kashmir, internalization and linking breath with movement. Then I explored with great curiosity different lineages (Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Energy, School of Madras ...) and I formed education in the International Yoga Vedanta Centres Sivananda I remains close and which I graduated: Yoga Sironami. I have a certification to teach meditation, mantras and a certification in Ayurvedic vegetarian cuisine and completed several post-training Yoga & Ayurveda.
I follow a daily assiduous personal practice that gives me great compréhesion postures and exercises as well as the ability to transmit and adapt the best to all. My teachers are: Pascal Durudaud in Paris in lessons only for several years. Personalities from the world of Yoga such as Boris Tatzky , Philip Fallois , Micheline Flak, Michèle Lefèvre-Grandclément and Isabelle Hernandez with whom I attended private seminars. Blandine Calais-Germain , Eric Baret or Leslie Kaminoff with whom I attended workshops at festivals and meetings in Paris. I regularly stay in the international centers Sivananda Yoga Vedanta to continue in this line.
I offer courses for individuals or pe tits workforce because each person is unique. Thus it is possible to transmit the best education for all, increase efficiency and relevance.
At their own pace! Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or occasionally. In all cases and particularly in the case of courses taken monthly, if you wish, I can teach you exercises to repeat at home at your convenience with a program.
Ayurveda is primarily a lifestyle, designed to preserve our well-being based on a concept of constitutional type (Dosha) whose connection to Yoga is very important because the Yoga meanwhile will act primarily on the subtle aspects and energy.
