OUR YOGA
Our yoga is the traditionnal integral hatha yoga.Our teaching belongs to the ligneage of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-Devananda, two great yoga masters of the 20th century.This teaching aims to unify the body and the mind in its physical, emotionnal, intellectual and spiritual dimensions through a progressive and complete set of practises.
YOGA AND INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness, Full Presence, Full Awareness are other terms to design the mental practices of DhÄraá¹‡Ä and DhyÄna of yoga: the aim is to train to concentrate the mind longer and longer on an ever more precise point, to developp one-pointedness of the mind.In collaboration with Karma Ling, Satya offers two Yoga & Introduction to Mindfulness weekends.

The Mindfulness
The Mindfulnessexpresses a quality of attention open to the present moment, in a global sensory experience rather than an intellectual or cerebral one.The Training to Open Presence (Open Mindfulness Training - OMT) is the presentation protocol in 8 steps developed by Denys Rinpoche. The OMT is a non-sectarian approach to meditation, fruit of the encounter of ancient contemplative sciences and current cognitive sciences. This training allows you to discover this experience of a mindful, relaxed, empathetic, lucid and benevolent state, to cultivate and integrate it, up to the point where it becomes constant.
Program
The retreat combines pranayama and asanas by Satya with an introduction to Mindfulness by Karma Ling.
