You can choose in our Yoga Holidays from this diffrent accommodations: A rustic wooden cabin (1 person) Spacious and luxury bell-tents made from canvas (1-4 persons) with carpets and futons. All bedding and sheets are provided. All bathroom and toilet facilities are shared. We have hot water showers and an asian-style outdoorshower. Our toilets are based on a waterfree composting system. There is a communal kitchen, where all our delicious food is made and where we take our meals together. Internet access is available. Please bring good shoes and a torch.

Food is of great importance on our yoga retreats. So at our Yoga Holidays we serve vegetarian wholefood, which is fresh from our garden or locally produced.
Yoga Centre is situated in the wild and romantic landscape of Aude, in the Languedoc Roussillon area, between the Mediterranean coast and the Pyrenees, near the spanish border, aside of villages and cities. About one hour drive from Carcassonne. The district of Aude, once the land of the Cathars (a christian sect of ascetics, established in the 12th century), it is a place of history and old tradition with medieval, picturesque villages. 20 minutes drive form our Yoga Retreat Centre is Rennes Les Bains, a 16th century medieval village and famous for its hot natural springs. You can take there a free bath or visit the local spa. The general climate in this area is mediterranean, with pleasant hot summers and moderate springs and autumns. You can expect to get 300 days of sunshine a year.
