Love this place - my second home whilst in Paris! Very knowledgeable and approachable teachers - indeed, everyone who works there is very friendly. I take Brooklyn Barre, Yin, Iyengar and Kundalini yoga and Pilates each week and love them all??

I had the pleasure to teach a Biodynamic Workshop at The Tigre this week end. The room was lovely the studio is done with great taste and the owner Elodie is very thoughtful! Not to mention the wild and the moon cafe for your favorite Golden Milk Latte! Namaste??????

The community at Le Tigre have won my heart. They are curious, sincere, beautiful, funny and stealthy as hell. Elodie has led the way by creating beautiful, charged spaces for Paris to experience Yoga in all its expressions. Gracias, gracias, gracias !!!
