Amazing pilates studio in Berlin with a beautiful atmosphere for you to work your muscles! Laura is an excellent instructor and fluidly adapts the sessions to all levels of experience, abilities or moods. Every session is a new and different kind of challenge. She also finds specialty exercises and stretches tailored for your needs, which are often times more helpful than any physiotherapist exercises. On top of that Laura is just the nicest person with such a bubbly personality, great sense of humor and magnificient taste in music! I can not recommend her studio enough, such a lovely experience and great way to bring more awareness and alignment to your body and make great progress just after a few sessions. And by the way, in Corona-times she makes the studio be a safe place, every bit of equipment is cleaned and desinfected after every client, the studio is aired inbetween sessions and we practice with open windows and wear masks.

Laura is a kind, attentive and thorough pilates instructor who I would recommend to anyone wanting to start or continue their pilates practice. From your first visit you can expect an assessment of your physical abilities/limitations, and any injuries taken into consideration so that each session can be tailored to your needs. The studio is calm, quiet, and clean with a great variety of machines and props. You will spend your class on multiple machines, helping to build understanding and proficiency of the different pilates exercises.

The instructor is great. She is patient and explains everything very well so you can do the exercises correctly. The room is super clean and comfortable for all the exercises. It was my first time doing pilates on machines and I was surprised how effective it can be. Also my first time doing pilates while pregnant, Laura is knowledgeable and trained for that, as well as "regular" pilates on machines.I can highly recommend this place!

Had never tried Reformer Pilates so wasn't sure what to expect. But Laura is great. Really patient, puts you at ease and listens to your questions. Knows her stuff as well, which is important for me as I have a few injuries. I like her workouts because they're tough but I always leave feeling really relaxed! Highly recommend.

This new studio is great. First time pilates. First time machine pilates. Great new equipment. Laura is an excellent teacher. Very clear instruction. Good music! Ive done lots of yoga before so its been really interetsing to do pilates. A great change and different vibe. Its makes me feel better aligned, lighter and stronger. Its ace

Have very bad back injuries to work with Laura is super careful and in tune to my needs. Love the studio bright and airy with loads of super accessories to help my muscles. Machines and teaching of great quality. I recommend it!

I loved my experience at Berlin Pilates Room. Laura is very friendly and helpful with patience and smiles. The atmosphere and the music help you to find an escape from reality. Besides the one on one class, I also tried a double class with my girlfriend and we were both amazed at how cool and stimulating a double class in Pilates can be. I would certainly recommend it.
