When I first met Eddie a couple months ago, I was super stressed and going through a rough period, but the meditation practice he's shared with me has helped me a ton. I had tried getting into a regular meditation practice several times previously, but struggled to establish the habit and feel like I was "making the most" of it. With Eddie's guidance, I feel like I've gotten down the basics of how Vedic meditation works, and I am much more optimistic about maintaining my meditation habit moving forward.
Eddie is funny, supportive, and great at explaining complex topics in approachable ways. And I am so glad that I now I have a meditation teacher for life! Eddie makes himself available through weekly group classes in Berlin (which can often be streamed online for non-local past students), which have become a lovely and grounding addition to my week, and he is always reachable to past students too.
Before I took this course, I was choosing between investing in meditation vs. a therapist, and I definitely made the right choice. Automatic self-transcendence during meditation itself is incredible, as are all of the benefits I've already started seeing outside of meditation. I've gained an increased ability to handle difficult situations, started attracting better relationships/experiences into my life, and learned how to reframe personal expectations in a healthier way. People are even using words like "calm" and "positive" now to describe me now, which is far from how I felt before working with Eddie.
If you're considering taking one of his classes, go for it :)
