I really enjoyed the yoga course by Sara, a great instructor explaining all movements and corrects patiently if you do them wrong. I also really liked the interior design of the studio. Can only recommend.

No-go, never-again, unprofessional business. They are ,,offering´´online courses and then no teacher is appearing for the course. It was my first time and the last. We have been waiting on zoom and other participants have reported, that this is not the first time that a teacher is not coming.

I had a great massage experience at enso yoga. The place is really nice and cosy, and the receptionist was also very welcoming, but the best part was the Mongolian Meridian Massage from Darja! I was not expecting such a profound experience and my back felt much better immediately afterwards. Thank you very much Darja!

I had a back pain and thats why I decided to go to this place. The place is clean, tidy and organized. We have got up to 12 minutes delayed. The receptionist was kind as well. Most importantly, If I compare the fees to the service provided, I would say it is too expensive. During the message and after, no feedback have been collected if there is any change with my back pain. And honestly it was the same.

I went for a 30 min urban sports club massage with Tamara and it was absolutely beyond! The place is really calming, quiet, clean and beautifully furnished. Tamara put so much effort into the massage and the entire experience left me very relaxed and happy, thanks :)

Really excellent yoga studio! I've tried yoga on and off before and this is the best yoga place I've been to. The atmosphere is really nice and the instructors give good feedback on the way you do the exercises. I liked the selection of music in the classes and the variety of teachers. Thanks for such a great yoga experience!

Today I was one minute late for my class on Friday "Prenatal (Pregnant) Yoga (EN/DE, Open)". The door was closed and no one opened the door despite ringing the bell. I find it outrageous and a shame for a studio. A lot can happen along the way... Especially with pregnant women, you have to show understanding. A minute is a minute! Outrageous! They show no respect for pregnant women at all. Never again

The course "Yoga for the back" with Brigitte Zehethofer is highly recommended. Exactly the right mix of exercise, breathing exercises and relaxation, plus a little bit of yoga philosophy in a very unobtrusive way. Hope to be back on sale soon!

I recently went there for the first time for Lunch Flow Yoga (via USC) and absolutely love it! The yoga class helped me so much, I literally floated home. The only thing I didn't like was the mats there, I slipped a lot, but I'll just bring my own mat in the future :)

Nice staff but otherwise not convincing. The floor in the yoga room was slightly dirty and hairy. You can also get the yoga class (Vinyasa Yoga Beginner) in the gym. Maybe I was expecting a bit too much, but for 23 euros per single ticket I somehow expected more.

I've been doing a prenatal yoga course there for a short time and I feel very comfortable :) also great as a complete yoga beginner. Nice contact with questions via email, nice yoga teacher, beautiful and simple rooms.

Mega good! I went to Daria's for an Urban Sports Club massage. Within 30 minutes she worked out really deep knots and tension in my body. I feel MUCH lighter and more relaxed now. 10/10 Best healing massage in Berlin.

Super cool! I was skeptical when my wife dragged me along. But I'm really excited. The course with Anna is a lot of fun and is also great for men, even if you're not very good at it yet. I'm happy to be there again!

The Wednesday Lunch Pilates course with Anna is just great! She responds to all needs and supports with her experience. It's just fun and motivating. I want more and can only recommend the course. Thank you dear Anna!
