HIGH ON YOGA Berlin

I go to the classes of Saura and in particular the Mysore class of Miriam. There is a beautiful energy at HOY and the teachers are amazing! You can receive really important adjustments to really improve your practise. These teachers and classes don't exist anywhere else in Berlin and at an affordable rates. I highly recommend High on Yoga! :)

I've tested out a LOT of yoga studios with urban sports club, especially in the Kreuzberg area and this is by far my favorite one. From the beginning I felt very comfortable and welcome, in some other studios the vibe can be pretty arrogant if you're not a regular at their facility yet. The style is so undogmatic, Anita and mateusz are very experienced and give always great assists. Each lesson is a bit different but always challenging and often you learn something new and your surprised by the capabilities of your body. Although they make sure that you listen to your own body and ego and find the boundaries of your own body and to not take yourself too serious. Anita has also by far the best Playlists in town, from aphex twin over tim Hecker. I never thought I'd become regular at my yoga practice but the consistent quality of your class made me come back sometimes daily. This summer I even went on a yoga retreat with them Thank you guys for everything!

Unfortunately I couldn't attend 2/3 online classes because the studio had technical problems. Very unprofessional and annoying, especially in summer when you take extra time and don't go to the lake and then sit at home and the class doesn't start. Not a good experience for me. Will definitely not recommend it.
