I've been to various yoga courses, but Anette's is by FAR the best! I attended a pregnancy course with her because I had severe back pain. I had back problems before I was pregnant. I've tried massages, physical therapy, bandages, and taping, but nothing worked as well as the yoga class! But what I really liked is how Anette organized the lessons. You could clearly see that she has a lot of experience and knowledge. She explained and guided each exercise very well. The order of the exercises was also optimally coordinated. Nothing seemed choppy or fitness class . With each exercise you felt your own breathing, stretching and relaxation more and more. I've always felt good. It was a perfect match! Sometimes we also tinted together, I liked that a lot and I continued to do it privately. The relaxation phase at the end was so incredibly great, every hormone-loaded pregnant woman comes down there and enjoys ;-) I'm not particularly esoteric and I wasn't interested before, but Anette showed me how great yoga and toning is.
After the pregnancy I will definitely continue. I use it for my everyday life and it has enriched my life.
