My yoga teacher gives me very clear instructions and guidance on how to perform certain asanas as well as the mindset I need to take on for my further practice. I am grateful for my attentive and humorous teacher and my Thursday group. Most of all, I feel me again.

Wonderful teachers who pay attention to you and your advancements. You can definitely grow your yoga praxis here. And the back pain is gone! The studio is also very clean and well maintained.

This studio is full of light, professional and knowledgeable teachers and a warm atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone, newbies to Iyengar yoga as well as more advanced practitioners and fellow teachers. Elizabeth is an amazing teacher. She has vast knowledge of yoga and years of experience practicing and teaching. Her classes are dynamic and yet she creates a quiet and warm atmosphere. You will get individual attention and learn a lot!

I can only recommend the studio. Elisabeth and Katrin are not only very competent and experienced, but also extremely personable. No matter how I feel before the class, I always feel better afterwards and I learn so many new things. You can only learn yoga from yogis :).

I started Chandra's prenatal yoga class at 25 weeks when I started getting back pain and the class got rid of it very well. The group is not overcrowded and the course room is large enough, bright and friendly. The instructor is very keen that every woman can follow the exercises and shows modified variations so that there is something for everyone depending on the progress of the pregnancy and the fitness level. Now in the 32nd week of pregnancy I still have a lot of energy after the yoga and simply a more dynamic body feeling, which is worth a lot with the growing belly. Booking the courses was also very easy online via Eversports.
