An absolute joke, have been to Pune India and practiced inyengar at the source. I joined the advanced classes… people couldn’t even do a headstand. And the teacher still insisted that it was advanced. An Italian with pink hair, laughing all the time, sitting and bending over the bench instead of correcting or paying attention to the students. What can you learn from someone who is just not passionate about teaching and is not really advanced herself? I recommend you to not join this sessions since not only they will be a waste of money (18€/class) but a waste of time where you won’t be able to make any progress. There are some Indian teachers in Berlin who where born and raised practicing yoga and from whom you can learn 50 times faster than with this “business”.

The room and the location is beautiful and relaxing. The teacher Annette and Hermann are excellent and super qualified. Great attention will be given from the teacher to show the right posture to the pupils, and eventually correct it. There is a shop open tue-thu and sat where you can browse books and buy even yoga shorts.

Finally, after a break, I was able to go back to Iyengaryoga today. The lesson with Sara was again inspiring with her "serious lightness". Serious in the instructions for accuracy and always conveying the feeling that everyone is allowed to BE as they are as a human being. This is how yoga has to be 🙏🌞🙏

A beautiful welcoming place in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Berlin. I have always had the feeling of being well supported by the full attention of the teachers. After some time of practice, I can only recommend Iyengar and this studio in particular because of his fine and precise body alignment.

The best and most professional yoga school in Berlin! If you really want to do yoga and can avoid the fuss, this is the place to go. The best teachers, even assistants to Iyengar; one is a doctor; one is a naturopath. Nice and focused atmosphere. It doesn't get any better than this, for beginners to advanced....
